I mean God is so called loving and Holy, right? so how did evil come? Lucifer??? I know this already. before Lucifer, who created evil..? How did it even existed? was there another God besides the God people know and understand? evil can’t just exist out of no where.. something must cause or allow to poof right into existence, don’t you think? just like when He said ” let there be light and light was” A God can only poof something out into existence out of nothing and in its originality.., Only He can create something and everything first hand and therefore He probably poof evil out into existence too, am i right? but that would seem very odd in our ears and mind, b/c we know God as the Loving and Holy God, and No evil is found in our Almighty God..!!! the only explanation to this is that, Our well Known God is not alone, there are more Gods or He/they exist not…!
the main point here is that EVIL cant exist in heaven and/or earth if it didn’t come from anywhere..!? and the original inheritor can’t be lucifer/satan…!!?? for there should be no place or chance of evil to creep in the heavenliest,if heaven was nothing but perfection. we the humans have this evil traits and blame satan for it and call him the original of sin, but who gave satan? and why did it even exist in the first place…. pure water cant turn into wine unless someone did the very first act to turn it into wine..? for millions and millions of years the sea water never turn sweet, unless God did it, right?
so.. it’s the same thing in heaven, evil can’t originate from Satan’s, if,no one created it or speak it into existence— unless God was too bored and wanted to play with us, so He started his monopoly/chess games in heaven and bring it down to mankind..? if you think that God didn’t create evil but satan, prove it to me by your precious scriptures. I just find it hard to believe that evil originate from Lucifer/satan… nothing existed can originate from anyone unless it came from God/creator of all that exist- either by human/angels personality or physical things that our 7senses can prove its existence. our personality comes from the image of God too right?? peace and much love…. :) so… evil must also come from God or no God at all. no existence of any real God but all positive energies within/around us.

“The Bush administration felt it had to act fast to explain America to the Arab world. So it began spending about $100 million a year on a U.S. government news channel in Arabic. It’s called “Al Hurra,” meaning “The Free One.”

The workers at the news station don’t even know what is being said b/c it is all in arabic!

Is it right for the U.S. government to be spending hundreds of million of dollars on this and we don’t know what’s on this channel?

I wonder though too what news stories are or aren’t being broadcast for them to see…

My dad makes $130,000 a year after taxes. My mom works at a vet office as a receptionist and makes like $16,000 a year. lol. The house hold income is to high to get Finial aid for Me,my sister, and my brother. If my dad didnt have those “welfare taxes” taken out of his middle class income he would have that to help his own kids. So I was saying, “How come they dont have the people one step above us get taxed to now help us “middle class” who for some reason are thought to be well off. Then the people above them are taxed to help them, and the people above them are taxed.” But then I thought. That doesn’t make sense. You would be like, getting back what you gave. That’s stupid. Why don’t the guys making 10,20,30,40,100 million dollars a year just get taxed? Or taxed more? There children will be taken care of, if their spoiled little brats ever even have to work a day in their life!! >[
hehe j/k
There life path, a lucky one if you ask me, lead them to this opportunity's of wealth. Doesn't mean they work any harder then my dad. Or that they, or their children deserve more then me. Or you. If this was the case, There would be less debt on the average person, which was one of the major problems in this economic down turn. Mostly b/c the cost of living has gone up and so has the average price of college, which is almost one of the only ways to get a good job that can lead to a good salary. You will be able support yourself and your maybe future family, and not have to have another situation that leads another household that needs welfare\, aka, our tax dollars. If people had more opportunity to do this then welfare taxes would go down. I know a lot of people who live on welfare b/c they had to settle for a lower class income b/c they couldnt afford tuition or even get a loan. This is where a group like ACORN would step in. But there would be no need for ACORN, or any other unsupervised organizations if the Financial Aid was guaranteed and came straight from a government education fund, funded by the tax dollars of People who spend that one years worth of taxes on a trip to France where buy another useless $20,000 Versace dress to wear once. Do you see what mean? If I was worth 30 million dollars I would not be bothered by such a tax b/c it would be going toward something good. Putting money back in consumer pockets. So they have money to buy stuff from my company so now I have more money in my pocket. See how this idea makes the money and the economy go round? But makes it not go round? People who don't want to tax the rich, yeah not you $80,000 a year south Carolina businessman. NOT YOU.
That will help other people get the opportunity to maybe one day "make it"

If you find this idea "stupid" please find a more intellectual way to oppose me.

Peace.
when I say welfare I mean all government Aids like S.S. or unemployment. Im a democrat so dont yell at me. =] lol b/c i am i understand your Passion to get the facts straight

I found this on FSTDT but this guy obviously has a point.

“Look at the ignorance of doctors over the past few centuries. Sanitary practices, such as washing hands, were laughed at by doctors, while thousands of patients continued to die. It was unimaginable to doctors back then, that washing one’s hands somehow was related to a patient’s health in the operating room. Can you believe that? Evolutionists today are just as ignorant of the truth of God’s Word, and of common sense itself. It’s hard to imagine that millions of people were dying from a simple lack of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) just a couple hundred years ago. If evolution is true, then it took man billions of years to learn all these kindergarten lessons. And ironically, man has only learned these lessons in the past couple hundred years. You’ve got to be kidding me! Don’t tell me that it took mankind BILLIONS of years to learn to wash his hands to prevent disease! The truth is that mankind has taken baby-steps since 4,000 B.C., and it did take him nearly 6,000 years to learn to wash his hands. This is just another undeniable PROOF that evolution is a lie. If mankind had evolved over millions of years, then men would have discovered these inventions a very long time ago.

The truth is that evolutionists are hardhearted against the truth of God’s Word. The Word of God declares that God created the world at approximately 4,000 B.C.—YOU’D BE A FOOL NOT TO BELIEVE IT, BECAUSE THERE’S NO HISTORY PRIOR TO 4,000 B.C. As incredible as this fact is,
it is undeniable proof against evolution.”

Wow, kinda puts a big hole in the theory that states everything magically poofed into existence by the magic of gravity. Where’s your magical rock now?

Turn to Jesus, he loves you so.

I had to critique an article & I am afraid that I have not started it out right…please look over it and give me some pointers…you can also copy it and make fixes yourself if that’s a better way to show me where things went wrong in my paper. Here’s part of it & a skip to conclusion…I would be very pleased with help! (I know there is a bit on misspelling b/c I used a free program without spell check)
Mike Daniels starts off greatly in his article by saying, “After years of decline, smoking rates in New Jersey are on the rise again.” It gave me the feeling that he will be stating reasons or statistics that show great differences from the past. Well, it turns out that is just what he does. Daniels mentions big changes, where he retrieved his information from, and what else outside sources had to say on the topic.
First, Daniels mentions statistics from the American Lung Association in their State of Tobacco report of the year 2010. One topic mentioned New Jersey’s rise in adult smoking as another covered the fact that more highschoolers had also begun smoking. He also mentioned where the report information had come from, and that was from federal surveys done in 2009.
Furthermore, he mentions that the numbers in increased smokers should impact smoking and anti-smoking programs to do more, but they have cut funding in New Jersey for these types of programs greatly. The state brought in a lot of money from its taxes on cigarettes. The state is the “sixth-highest cigarette tax in the nation.” Yet, the state still cuts budgets dramatically mentions Daniels.
Tobacco companies spend a lot more than $200 million each year on their products in New Jersey. This worries the Garden State workers about the rise of smoking rates, deaths, and economic costs. They also want to know what will happen to the funding for anti-tobacco programs, or if they’ll even have them anymore.
“The state Department of Health and Senior Services says it will closely monitor new smoking figures to see if the increase was an anomaly or a new trend” says Daniels. He also goes on to what a spokeswoman of the depatment, Donna Leusner, says “The bottom line is that despite an extraordinarily difficult budget situation, the Department of Health and Senior Services remains committed to tobacco prevention as a key public health issue, and that is why we have merged tobacco prevention efforts as part of an overall chronic disease strategy.”
Daniels does a great job when pointing out what Edward Kazimir, an anti-smoking campaigner that worked in the state Department of Health for more than twenty years, says “A lot of people don’t understand that just because we have a law that calls for spending on these things, that doesn’t mean it happens.” And in 1998, there was an agreement to stop the Medicade reimbersement lawsuits that companies had to deal with. So since the year 2000, New Jersey had recieved between $220 million and $405 million a year. But, then-Gov. Jim McGreevey borrowed money against the state causing a $5 billion deficit in the year of 2004. Therefore losing funds to pay off the debt. Then Daniels adds on what the vice president of the Institute for Prevention with the Saint Barnabus Health System,Connie Greene, had said. And that was “That tobacco settlement money was for tobacco treatment and prevention.” Then he goes on using more facts that the states didn’t use their money that way that it should have been used. New Jersey tried, but McGreevey mortgaged off the settlement money. Then, in 2003 New Jersey was one of the leader states that funded anti-smoking programs. They included net sites that put in contact people that wanted to quit smoking with others that also wanted to quit and programs for support. Also there was a program, known as REBEL, to teach students why tobacco was bad. Then funding fell, and “The state now allocates just 0.5 percent of the $120 million recommended for New Jersey by the CDC since it revised its state spending recommendations in 2007,” mentioned Daniels.
He also continues with information on a hospital known as Saint Barnabus. Dr. Fred Jacobs, director of the Quality Institute for the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, mentioned that this hospital has kept two programs running for people who want to quit smoking even if the state doesn’t fund for them. Daniels quotes Greene, “We’re the only hospital in the state to pick up all the funding for these services…I don’t know how patients in some regions are going to get the help they need.”
…..In conclusion, throughout Daniels article there were a lot of great quotes and statistics. He did a great job at providing details and where the information had come from. This article was filled with knowledge. Therefore, Daniels did his work and found information that was valuable to his article. But, Daniels also had weak
Oh wow…sorry I ran it all together on here…it’s hard to tell where paragraphs begin and end…I hope you’re still able to help me! Please

VICTORIA — British Columbians have voted to scrap their Harmonized Sales Tax, Elections BC announced Friday.

The results of the provincial referendum mean B.C. will now begin a transition back to its former provincial sales tax.

Elections BC said that 54.73 per cent of voters chose to scrap the HST in the referendum, with 45.27 per cent voting to keep it in place.

The referendum results come two years after then-B.C. premier Gordon Campbell introduced the controversial 12 per cent tax and a year after it replaced the GST and the provincial sales tax.

The BC Liberal leader announced plans to adopt the HST shortly after his government won its third straight election in May 2009.

The announcement, which directly contradicted his campaign promise, was met with widespread outrage in B.C.

Campbell said at the time that the HST was not on his radar during the election, but documents released a few months later showed that B.C. government officials had been discussing the HST with their federal counterparts before the May 2009 election.

Shocked British Columbians organized protests and demonstrations against the tax, which increased the price of goods and services such as restaurant meals, home renovations and funeral services that were previously exempt from PST.

A B.C. government panel estimated that the HST costs the average B.C. family $350 more per year.

British Columbians, led by former premier Bill Vander Zalm, launched an anti-HST petition in April 2010 to force the government to hold a referendum.

The petition was signed 10 per cent of registered voters in each of B.C.’s 85 ridings — the first petition in the province’s history to achieve the threshold needed to force a referendum.

The document, containing more than 500,000 validated signatures, was delivered to Victoria in June 2010.

Elections B.C. estimated that 1.6 million people voted in the referendum, representing about 52 per cent of the electorate.

Under the Referendum Act, one side would have to achieve more than 50 per cent support before being declared the winner. Elections officials said the chief electoral officer determines whether or not there will be a recount.

Four other Canadian provinces — Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick — also have HST.

B.C. Finance Minister Kevin Falcon had estimated that a vote to kill the HST would cost B.C. an estimated $3-billion, $1.6-billion of which will have to be repaid to Ottawa.

An independent report into the HST has estimated it will take several years to return to the former system.

B.C. Premier Christy Clark made a last-ditch effort earlier this year to keep the HST, by introducing several “fixes.”

She vowed to lower the HST to 11 per cent in 2012 and 10 per cent in 2014, while giving one time “transition payments” of $175 to parents for each child under 18 and to seniors with “low and modest income.”

Clark became premier after outrage over the tax forced Campbell to resign in November.

The referendum vote in B.C. was marred by confusion over the wording of the referendum question: “Are you in favour of extinguishing the HST and reinstating the PST in conjunction with the GST?”

Because the HST is currently in place in B.C., residents were asked to vote “yes” to get rid of the HST or “no” to keep it.

An Ipsos Reid poll released in June showed that 55 per cent of British Columbians were confused by the question.

When shown the question, most respondents correctly understood “yes” to mean removing the HST, and “no” to mean keeping it. But eight per cent misinterpreted “yes” and “no,” and a further seven per cent said they did not know how to interpret the question.

The poll also showed that voters opposed to the HST are more likely to understand the question than those who support the tax.

The debate over the controversial tax split British Columbia politicians along party lines, with the BC Liberals in favour of the HST and the New Democratic Party against.

Experts said the results of the referendum could have a wider impact on B.C. politics.

A vote to keep the HST could prompt the Liberals to call an election before the fixed May 2013 date, experts predicted before the results were tabulated, while a vote to kill the tax could boost support for NDP leader Adrian Dix and his party.

The BC Liberals have vowed to honour the results of the HST referendum when the legislature resumes in the fall.

The voting period for the historic mail-in referendum ended on Aug. 5.

I was thinking about this today. And it actually parallels on how women are in a long term relationship (b/c contrary to popular opinion, women are far more likely to pull the old “eat pray love routine” on a man than vise-versa).

Do ever notice than a lot of women kind of abandon their friends when they get into a serious relationship? Most men have a code, and don’t pull that stuff. The ones that do, well, we have a way of dealing with them. Moreover, us bulls love our closest guy friends. Long lasting ties that don’t break. Honestly, I have kept many a friends for well over 15 years. I am sure women keep friends for that long to, but very rarely not without long-winded fallouts.

Now… This ties into relationships for a very simple reason. I have experienced, and have just read many of the same questions from guys: “how did she change so suddenly?” “doesn’t she miss me?”…

Honestly it’s just like that movie “eat pray love” (which my current female companion forced me to sit through)… Women see the Julia Roberts character as a source of inspiration… Ummmm… How??? Basically someone who is merely loyal to herself is supposed to act as mentor. That’s basically the point I’m making. Lately I get the impression that men are far more loyal, and far more devoted. No man, ever, in a million years, would ever abandon someone he’s been in a relationship with for a long time, abandon his friends, simply for the totally self-centered reason that they “need to find themselves”…

I have had two long term relationships end for that reason… and have heard tonnes of people say that was the excuse the girl gave for leaving… I have never, EVER, heard a man say that excuse to anyone. If you are in a long-term relationship that you see going somewhere, well, you find yourselves together… Through all the ups and downs…

I guess my question is: Ladies, why on earth would any of you find that woman in eat pray love inspirational
I’d actually like to highlight on Peggy Sue’s answer. Her answer actually embodies why I made my statement. Men yes, may cheat on their girlfriend merely b/c of some sexual desire. A women almost never cheats on their man for that reason… they cheat on their men due to disturbed/glorified fantasies about the new guy that make them hate their current lover.

Most men who cheat have absolutely no intention of leaving their wife, girlfriend, etc… They are just idiots thinking with the wrong head… When a woman cheats, they honestly believe they are thinking with the right head… For the most part..

Thank you Peggy… You made it more clear…

And ‘eat pray love” is a self-help book, also. that Oprah plowed onto the western world that women have been chewing up…

And in general, I find the term “finding oneself” to be a totally selfish, modern, western idea… I don’t agree with anyone running out to “find themselves”… in my opinion that is the most immature/selfish thing a
